Online Meetings

Hello,

I had a thought earlier (not another one, that's the 2nd one this year! )

Since the start of the LBtv project we have been saying how easy it is to use the web etc etc and yet we are wait 2 weeks for a meeting. Well what do people think about having a web meeting space? Basically it means we meet up at a set time and meet online. If you have a microphone - great and if you have a webcam - even better!

We will be able to hold mini project meetings.

Shall I sign up for a demo and arrange a time to test it out with you all??

I have set up a 1 month trial with Adobe Connect. The url for the meeting room is: http://emea61683535.emea.acrobat.com/lbtv/

We can use this anytime before the trial expires on the 11th October (ignore the scheduled meeting date – unless we want to have a quick meeting on the 16th?)

I believe we should have the meeting on the 16th as planned.
Not everyone is 'open to meetings on line'. Not all of the 16- 19 persons who attended the 1st & 2nd meeting's have logged on to the Forums.
